What Parents Are Saying

"The guidance we received was life-changing. We finally feel like we have a true partner in our child's education journey."

My daughter actually likes to go to school now! Stephanie guided me through the IEP process and now my daughter is prospering!

"I wish I had known my rights sooner. Stephanie helped me to assert my rights and get my son the supports he needed."

You know your child.
I know the process.

The special education process can be complex, but you don't have to navigate it alone.

Helping You Find Your Voice

Strengthening Your Child’s IEP

Compassionate Listening

Strategic Advocacy

Each child is truly unique so every family’s needs are different. I start by listening to your story and reviewing your school documents. Then, together, we map out a clear path forward.

About 40% of IEPs in Virginia have been found non-compliant with IDEA. I walk through your child’s IEP with you and show where it can be strengthened, so your child receives the supports they not only need, but are legally entitled to receive.

I provide you with clear guidance and language for school emails and meetings so you can feel confident, stand your ground, and ask for exactly what your child needs. I will also attend meetings and advocate on your behalf, as desired.
